Bella Parea is a combination of Italian and Greek words that translates to: “Beautiful Community” which is a central intention of our retreat. Inspired by our love of yoga, our respective Italian and Greek heritages, and our reverence for Mediterranean lifestyles, we have designed a retreat that brings yoga and meditation, good food and fine wine, natural beauty, and like-minded community together over the course of a weekend in scenic Paso Robles, CA.  We hope you will join us for this time of authentic connection, mindful movement, and joyful respite.
